Check an arriving flight

Use the flight number and arrival date on the official airport arrivals page. A route can have several flights, so match the airline and departure airport too. Recheck before leaving to collect someone.

This guide does not provide live flight data. For delays, cancellations or a changed itinerary, also check the operating airline.

Plan the meeting, not just the landing

• Ask the traveller to send their flight number and confirm the terminal shown for their flight.
• Choose a meeting point in the public arrivals area and share a clear description. Visitors cannot simply meet passengers at the gate.
• Allow for the time between landing and reaching the arrivals hall, including any border checks and baggage collection.
• Wait for the traveller to confirm they are ready before approaching a short-stay pick-up area.

If a phone connection fails, an agreed meeting point is easier to find than a moving car. Save the meeting details before travelling.

Arriving by car to collect someone

The airport reports construction-related changes around Terminal 1 and asks pick-up drivers to use a parking garage because arrivals-level parking is limited. Check the current access instructions before setting off.
